Ms. Cromwell has background in Long Term Care facility dating back to the 1980’s.  She is certified as a Director of Nursing in Long Term Care and as a Health Care Risk Manager. 

She remains on the cutting edge of Long Term Care culture by providing risk management services, educational programs, speaking engagements and nurse expert testimony. 

She has published “The Nurse Managers Guide To Staff Budgeting” with Med-Pass INC and is co-author of course curriculum for Long Term Care Nurse Leadership programs presented by SWK Consulting LLC. 

Kathy is a personable, dynamic, and animated speaker.  In her free time she enjoys biking and competing in Triathlon events.

Ms. Beach  is co-owner of a Long Term Care education and consulting company,  SWK Consulting LLC.,  in South Carolina. 

As an independent LTC consultant she has provided interim leadership, risk management, and presentation of educational programs. 

She has authored 16 on line educational programs in Assisted Living and Long Term Care in conjunction with  Provider Management Educational Services LLC since 2007.  She continues to author educational programs for the LTC and ALF industry.

In her free time Kenda enjoys equine training and horseback riding.  As a nurse, she also performs intra dermal cosmetic procedures for personal enhancement and surgical restoration.
